The Listing screen organizes all the adjuster’s inventories in a single grid. From this screen the user is also alerted to any inventories submitted to them from policyholders using the system’s exportable inventory building program as well as any upcoming claim events or milestones (i.e. “Status Report Due”).

The Vitals Screen lists all the areas of the inventory as well as displaying the deprecation/life expectancy table used by the adjuster. All claim information is listed along the left side of the screen.

The system’s built in 8 MILLION item database is provided by one of the largest on-line retail sources in the country. Simply type in the item and the software searches for all relevant matches and will display up to 50 items at a time. Matches can be sorted by various means including alphabetically and by price.

If adjusters can’t find what they are searching for in the Simsol database, they activate the WEB SEARCH tool in the system and use the Windows™ “cut and paste” convention and continue to enter items in the inventory.
The system remembers exactly where the item and price originated and can even print it in the inventory should the policyholder wish to visit the web and purchase the replacement item.
